Childcare Specialist

In a nurturing environment, beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Childcare Specialist to contribute to the growth and development of young children in Shawinigan, Canada.

This role entails designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the unique needs of each child, fostering a safe and stimulating atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.

• Develop and execute engaging curricula for children aged 0-6 years, incorporating various activities and games that promote cognitive and motor skill development.
• Create a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that supports children's overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, observing and assessing their developmental milestones.
• Cultivate strong relationships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and collaboration, ensuring each child receives tailored support.

• A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution.
• Valid ECE certification in Canada.
• Proven experience working with young children in childcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
