About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team at PepsiCo Beverages. As a Merchandising Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked effectively in stores across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.
  • Support the execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
  • Collaborate with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts.
  • Maintain back-room stock in neat and orderly condition.
  • Rotate out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.
Requirements
  • You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or Equivalence.
  • Students are welcome to apply.
  • You hold a valid Class G driver's license and have access to your own vehicle.
  • You are physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job).
  • You enjoy working independently and are self-motivated.
  • You have excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior merchandising or customer service experience.
  • Previous grocery store experience.
