As a Corporate Travel Advisor Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fast-growing organisation in mobilising personnel to all parts of the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of project personnel, as well as managing corporate travel arrangements. This involves utilising GDS travel booking systems to safely and efficiently book flights, engaging vendors, and ensuring service level agreements are maintained.
In this role, you will partner with business leaders to ascertain project needs and work collaboratively to implement best-fit solutions. You will respond to travel queries, investigate new travel destinations, immigration, and medical requirements, and follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective mobilisation of personnel.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing global travel team in a rapidly expanding business. With potential for growth aligned with the company's trajectory, you will have the chance to make impactful contributions. The tasks you'll perform include:
- Coordinating the mobilisation of project personnel
- Managing corporate travel arrangements
- Proactively engaging in group-wide travel, immigration, and medical activities for incoming or outgoing personnel
- Utilising GDS travel booking system to safely and efficiently book flights
- Partnering with business leaders to ascertain project needs and work collaboratively to implement best-fit solutions
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective mobilisation of personnel
You will bring the following expertise:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience within the travel industry, preferably in the corporate travel sector or a similar industry
- Working experience using a GDS travel system, preferably Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic, driven and determined to achieve results for the betterment of the business
- Understanding of the current travel climate and managing international and domestic travel accordingly
- An ability to work to strict deadlines, communicating with multiple stakeholders and often managing competing priorities
- A genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional levels of service and being a positive, problem-solving, and autonomous member of a team
- A flexible approach to work, understanding that travel queries can arrive at any time of the day/week
- Ability to manage and seek information from key stakeholders when required
