Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at BEST - For A Cleaner World. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in cleaning or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
