Online Opportunity for Young Adults

The Global Youth Climate Training Programme is a free, fully online capacity-building programme that equips young adults with the knowledge and confidence necessary to engage in international climate policy.

This project is a collaboration between the Global Youth Coalition and researchers at the University of Oxford. The joint team delivering this project represents a strong international and intergenerational collaboration, spanning multiple continents and professional backgrounds.

The programme focuses on building the capacity of young people to engage in international climate policy. Sessions will be held online, with timings adjusted to suit the cohort's time zones.

Interested young adults can apply directly through the online application form available on the Global Youth Climate Training Programme webpage by August 10, 2024.

Programme Details:

  • Duration: 4 weeks (from September 3 - October 1)
  • Time commitment: 5 hours/week
