Cleaning Operations Manager

Costa's Food Market is seeking a reliable and organized Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Bondable.
- Permanent position.
