Job Title:

Bar Attendant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Bar Attendant to join our team at RedChillies Sports Bar. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, serving beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
  • Serve food and beverages to patrons, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Advise patrons on wine and drink selections, providing recommendations and making suggestions.
  • Train and supervise staff as needed, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions, balancing sales and maintaining accurate records.
  • Store and organize beverage and food products, maintaining inventory and controlling stock.
  • Order and receive bar stock, ensuring that we have a sufficient supply of products.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of patrons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
