We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Ambassador to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our residents and their families.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests and residents, providing confidential clerical and receptionist duties to ensure the smooth operation of our retirement residence.

Your responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, and receiving routine inquiries in person and by phone. You will also be responsible for receiving incoming mail, coordinating distribution, and processing outgoing mail.

Additionally, you will provide services and interact with residents and their family members in a professional manner, exercising tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive issues.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, as well as exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills. A basic knowledge of office procedures is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $22.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly for 19.5 hours, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
