About the Company:

Your Role:
As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Broker and be responsible for working with existing clients and acquiring new ones. Your duties will include securing revenue-generating real estate leasing deals, investment sales, acquisitions, and consulting services for landlords, clients, developers, and investors.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4+ years of experience in leasing/sales within Alberta. A strong background in Multi-Resi, Industrial, Office, and Retail sectors is highly desirable. If you have a good book of business and are looking for a better split, this opportunity could be particularly attractive.
What You'll Get:
This position offers a competitive commission pay plan, accompanied by benefits. The commission splits range from 60/40 to 70/30, with potential flexibility for experienced individuals who bring their own book of business. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or our office in Kensington, whichever suits your preference.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
