At BDATA, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science and software development, with a focus on creating high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  2. Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software.
  3. Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions to team members and clients, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
  4. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software, highlighting key issues and areas for improvement.
  5. Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the website.
  6. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, working closely with clients to understand their needs.
  7. Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software.
  8. Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products, ensuring that we use the best possible tools for the job.
  9. Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity and interactivity, using your strong leadership skills to bring people together.
  10. Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls, ensuring that our software is secure and meets the highest standards of quality.
