About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Consultant, Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing recommendations based on Lean Manufacturing techniques and best business practices.
You will present analysis results and key recommendations to client company executives, implement and monitor optimized manufacturing solutions, and participate in activities related to the preparation of work plans and service offers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop recommendations based on Lean Manufacturing techniques and best business practices

- Implement and monitor optimized manufacturing solutions
- Participate in activities related to the preparation of work plans and service offers
- Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering or operations and logistics management
- ~6 to 10 years' experience in manufacturing or manufacturing strategy consulting
- ~ consulting experience (an important asset)
- ~ In-depth knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing management principles and tools
- Experience and knowledge in project management and/or program management
- ~ Demonstrated ability to facilitate strategic/tactical workshops
- ~ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Power Point, and Word and Ms Project
- ~ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Willingness to travel for projects in the province of Quebec
- Flexible work in hybrid mode
