Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Neupane Household. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to infants and children in a home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them grow into confident and capable individuals.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and support when needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
Work Setting:

As a Child Caregiver, you will work in the employer's/client's home, providing one-on-one care and support to infants and children.

Security and Safety:

We require a reference check for this position. Public transportation is available for your convenience.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role involves repetitive tasks and requires the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs). If you are physically capable and enjoy working with children, we encourage you to apply.
