Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at La Patisserie Fine Cakes & Pastries Inc.
Job Summary:The Bakery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and pastry cooks to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of all products, including baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Skills: Ability to distinguish between colours, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye co-ordination, handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and tight deadlines.
