We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Red Chili Leaf Restaurant Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct staff to meet work schedules and maintain high-quality food and service standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role. They will be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Coordinate the activities of staff members responsible for food preparation and portioning, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Train new staff members on their roles and responsibilities, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing circumstances.

The standard working hours for this position are 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required to meet business needs.

The language of work is English, and fluency in this language is essential for success in this role.
