Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our furniture store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring the store is always stocked with the right products at the right time.
- Store Operations: Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
