Key Responsibilities- Security Architecture Design Reviews: Perform regular design reviews and provide recommendations to improve the security posture of KUBRA's application, database, and cloud platforms.
- Periodic Testing and Assessments: Conduct periodic testing, code analysis, and security assessments of KUBRA-owned applications to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Cloud Security Governance: Govern cloud security systems for change and configuration control, suggesting changes to further enhance the overall security posture.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with DevSecOps, Application, and Infrastructure teams to ensure any vulnerabilities or issues are resolved according to security guidelines.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Cybersecurity Risks: Stay current with emerging cyber threats and analyze trends to proactively prevent potential problems.
- Education and Experience: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with 7-10+ years of Cloud Security Architecture experience and 5+ years of relevant experience in Information Security Risk & Industry best practices.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Application and Cloud Security, as well as knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles and best practices, including SABSA, CISSP, CCSP, and AWS Solution Architect Professional certifications.
