About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Community Nurse. As a Community Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including patients' homes, clinics, and retirement homes.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective care plans, working with patients to provide exceptional nursing services, and communicating with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
  • To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
