Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SKT Farm Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of sales workers, overseeing daily store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 1-7 months of experience in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and optimal store operations.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns, ensuring store policies are followed.
  • Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandise performance, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
