About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Care24Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and setting up medical equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to monitor their health.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers to facilitate mobility and accessibility.
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Collect specimens for laboratory testing to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations to ensure patient safety.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English language.
