Bakery Production Manager

At Thanks A Latte Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Manager to oversee the preparation and production of baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and management, with experience in training staff and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily production of baked goods, including preparation of dough, batters, and icings.
  • Train and supervise staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure quality of products meets established standards.


Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
