About the Role:

Lifemark is seeking a skilled Kinesiologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide expert assessment and treatment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement graded exercise, work conditioning, and work hardening programs to promote client recovery and return to work.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve functional goals, providing regular education and support throughout the treatment process.
  • Work cooperatively with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless client care and optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a University Kinesiology program.
  • 1+ years of experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset), but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
