About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team at Premier Property Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of repairs or renovations required
  • Prepare detailed estimates of materials and labor costs for projects
  • Source and procure necessary materials and equipment for projects
  • Oversee the installation of windows, doors, stairs, and other wood-based features
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in woodworking or a related trade
  • Demonstrated expertise in woodworking techniques and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
