Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet guests at the shuttle pick-up location, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Transport guests to their destination safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Act as an ambassador for SIXT, representing the company and its values at all times
- Assist with planning travel routes and completing necessary paperwork
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues via phone or other devices
- Ensure the technical and optical condition of the vehicle, reporting any issues or concerns to management
- Report all accidents, injuries, or damage to vehicles and related property
- Lift items up to 50 lbs. into the vehicle and unload them, as required
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented personality
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum Class 4 commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow defined service processes
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
