About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Technology and Transportation
    • Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage daily operations and communicate with team members.
    • Own transportation is required, and public transportation is available.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
