The Fashion Buying Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Buying Assistant. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our buying team in all capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the selection of programs and prepare best sellers with the Group Product Manager or Product Manager.
  • Review photo samples, labels, and ensure all advertising information is accurate.
  • Update and maintain all documentation, including look books and purchase order books.
  • Create and maintain necessary information in systems.
  • Prepare and attend meetings.
Requirements:
  • University degree or College diploma in Fashion Merchandising.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience.
  • Excellent sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good understanding of competitive landscape and trends.
