About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Carecorp Senior Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Criminal record check, immunization records, and tuberculosis test are required.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate is a must.
