Key Responsibilities- Purchase and Procurement: Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Supplier Management: Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Contract Management: Review and determine contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of work activities with other departments.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Office, Salesforce, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
