In this role, you will be working with our marketing team to understand and analyze data from all parts of our business to drive our performance marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and sharing insights around our active customers, focusing on acquisition and retargeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and test performance marketing strategies to improve campaign efficiency and enhance measurement capabilities across various channels.
  • Design and implement experiments (A/B tests, incrementality tests, and geo-lift tests) to systematically test and measure the impact of various performance marketing initiatives.
  • Work with partners to identify the metrics their product should track and develop and share analysis, guidance, reports, and dashboards to optimally track and move these metrics.
  • Utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to drive performance marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Develop and refine attribution models to accurately measure the incremental impact of different marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Power quick decisions by answering business questions by querying our vast datasets.

Your Background and Qualifications

We are looking for a Data Insights Strategist who has strong analytical and statistical skills with experience in performance marketing. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or engineering is required. At least 5 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on marketing analytics is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in marketing such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). They will also have expertise in attribution models and experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 based on the location and industry standards. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
