Job Title: Surface Finisher

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Surface Finisher to join our team at Top Floor Deficiency Solutions Inc. As a Surface Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will be working on various locations, and the work setting may vary.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
