This is a seasonal/contract position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests
  • Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information on shopping, dining, and sightseeing options
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • OSSD or equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in a customer service environment (preferably in hospitality/tourism)
  • Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and customer engagement skills
  • Must be able to work all shifts including days, weekends, and holidays
