We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately forecast and order ingredients and supplies to meet the demands of our restaurants.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage budgets, and submit regular reports to management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and communicate effectively with our chef and other team members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
Our restaurants are fast-paced environments that require strong organizational and time management skills. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
