Parts Counter Clerk

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Full Throttle Power Sports Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to customers and colleagues
- Clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse to ensure a safe and organized work environment
- Conduct sales calls to promote products and services to customers
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to showcase our products
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Identify, label, and catalogue items received to ensure accurate inventory records
- Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
- Maintain records on the inventory control system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
- Process incoming requisitions and ensure timely delivery
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials
- Sell spare and replacement parts to customers
- Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed
- Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Basic security clearance and bondability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail
- Hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to perform tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods
