About the Role

Gill Multimedia Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our computer networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
  • Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine network maintenance, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure network security.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Network Security: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect our network from unauthorized access.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Network Performance Optimization: Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance to ensure efficient network operation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise technical staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our IT team.
