Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Healthcare Professional - Clinical Excellence. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality care to clients in their homes, leveraging your clinical expertise to ensure optimal outcomes. About the RoleAs a Healthcare Professional - Clinical Excellence, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans
- Providing direct care services, such as wound management, medication administration, and mobility assistance
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited program
- A current registration with the provincial licensing body
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
