About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at BCAA, a leading provider of insurance, roadside assistance, and auto repair services. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
  • Develop and deploy data models and analysis to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead data processing solutions that deliver value throughout the enterprise.
  • Provide engineering and data architecture expertise to design, deploy, and maintain systems that enable downstream analytics.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with relevant certifications.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer, with a proven track record of building data warehouses and scalable data pipelines.
  • Experience leading data projects from problem identification to production, with a strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
  • Proficiency in handling large and complex data sets, with expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Strong working knowledge of source and target data structures, ETL and CDC processes, and products.
