FUTURE BUILDINGS IS SEEKING A CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER TO LEAD OUR FINANCIAL TEAM.

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. They will also oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, monitor financial performance and variances, and provide insights for improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT: PREPARE AND PRESENT MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS.
  2. ACCOUNTING OVERSIGHT: MANAGE THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT AND EMPLOYEES, ENSURING ACCURATE AND TIMELY PROCESSING OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.
  3. INTERNAL CONTROLS: DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE INTERNAL CONTROLS TO SAFEGUARD COMPANY ASSETS.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A DEGREE IN FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, OR A RELATED FIELD; CPA IS PREFERRED.
  • SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AS A CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER.
  • MINIMUM 8-10 YEARS IN ACCOUNTING LEADERSHIP.
