We are seeking a caring and responsible childcare provider to join our private household team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children, support their growth and development, and be part of a close-knit family environment.

About the Role

This role involves providing top-notch care and supervision to infants and children in a home-based setting. You will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and exploration.

As a childcare provider, your duties will include:

  • Changing diapers and maintaining personal hygiene for the children
  • Sterilizing bottles, preparing formulas, and feeding infants and young children
  • Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties to keep the home tidy and organized
  • Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children, as well as maintaining their overall health and well-being
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks that cater to the children's dietary needs
  • Supervising and caring for children, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home environment, which includes tasks such as laundry, tidying up play areas, and general cleaning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
  • The ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with parents and other caregivers
  • A high level of energy and patience, with the ability to manage the demands of childcare

You will also need to be able to commit to a regular schedule, including weekdays and occasional weekends, and be available to work flexible hours as needed.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, with a guaranteed 32-35 hours of work per week. The working language is English, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers in this language.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
