Capital Planning and Development Analyst

**Overview of the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Capital Planning Analyst to join our team at the Government of Alberta. As a key member of our Corporate and Capital Planning Branch, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of project business cases and programming studies.
Salary:
- Program Services 3 Market Adjustment $2,626.89 to $3,448.73 bi-weekly ($68,561 - $90,011/year)
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Alberta Health Services and Alberta Infrastructure to support the development of project business cases and programming studies
- Analyzing capital plans, master plans, service plans, needs assessments, business cases, and programming studies to prepare recommendations for project approval
- Supporting Directors and Managers in planning projects and preparing health submissions for the government capital planning process
Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A university degree in Planning, Business, Architecture, Health Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in systems planning, policy development, healthcare management, and/or facilities development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
