- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior Barista experience is an asset.
- Foodsafe Level 1 certificate is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
