Key Responsibilities

Operations:

  1. Store Standards: Maintain high standards of store appearance, product presentation, and customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  2. Labour Scheduling: Work with the management team to optimize labour scheduling and maximize productivity.
  3. Staffing: Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs and provide excellent customer service.

Human Resources:

  1. Compliance: Ensure compliance with human resources standards and policies.
  2. Hiring: Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff members.
  3. Wage Administration: Maintain accurate wage administration and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  4. Staff Development: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:
