The Role and Responsibilities

  • This position is integral as our client has a high degree of repeat business from long-standing clients.
  • The successful candidate will leverage existing relationships, pursue lapsed or dormant business opportunities, and identify new growth prospects.
  • This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring the team to visit the office twice a week, Monday and Tuesday.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • This position requires 1-5 years' experience in staffing as an IT Business Developer.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $70,000-$80,000+ plus commission (flexibility based on experience and performance)
  • Health and dental benefits
  • 2-3 weeks vacation (dependent on level), plus government holidays, sick, and personal days
