Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to our corporate law department, assisting with a range of tasks related to corporate governance and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of documents with regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with corporate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
  • Strong working knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
