As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of system-level hazard analysis, ensuring traceability of potential safety issues throughout the safety architecture, requirements, implementation, verification, and validation, leading to a comprehensive and closed-loop safety case.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning of multiple workstreams necessary for the Safety Case at each project milestone.
- Oversee the planning and execution of system-level hazard analysis, ensuring traceability of potential safety issues throughout the safety architecture, requirements, implementation, verification, and validation, leading to a comprehensive and closed-loop safety case.
- Lead the Risk Management Program across various milestones, monitoring all potential safety issues and driving them to resolution.
- Represent the System Safety team during key program review meetings.
- Ensure coordination among engineering teams, clarify priorities, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of corporate milestones.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in automotive engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in program management in automotive, aerospace or other relevant industries.
- Experience working at system process level.
- Familiar with at least one of these standards: ISO 26262, ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, ISO 21448.
