Kitchen Assistant

SAGE Dining Services Canada is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.50 - $20.50 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members, providing exceptional customer service.
- Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes, and pots.
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
- Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
- Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
- Prior commercial dishwashing experience is preferred, but we can teach any motivated individual.
