Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols and guidelines
  • Perform quality control procedures to ensure equipment and supplies are functioning properly
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on radiopharmaceutical therapy and its associated risks and benefits
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and follow-up appointments
Requirements
  • Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and meeting performance metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
