Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the approval process for suppliers' sub-tier declarations, ensuring compliance with pre-determined criteria.
  • Validate suppliers' sub-tier declarations, using established criteria to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with suppliers to clarify any discrepancies or issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of declaration validation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Provide signed and approved documents to suppliers, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Track and maintain records of supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Canada as a citizen or resident.
  • Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with French as an asset.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
  • Project management skills, with a focus on quality and compliance.
