Multiskilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a seasoned and versatile Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our team at Spiffy Window Cleaning. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including gutter cleaning, holiday lights installation, snow removal, window cleaning, and pressure washing.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a broad skill set who can handle multiple tasks with ease. You will be responsible for safely removing leaves, debris, and other obstructions from gutters and downspouts, inspecting gutter systems for potential damage or leaks, and recommending necessary repairs.

Additionally, you will design and install custom holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial clients, securely fasten lights and decorations to ensure electrical safety and stability, and provide troubleshooting and repair services for any malfunctioning lights. During snow events, you will clear snow from driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other areas using shovels, plows, or snow blowers, apply de-icing materials as needed to prevent accidents, and maintain detailed records of services provided.

In terms of window cleaning, you will clean residential and commercial windows to a high standard, ensuring streak-free results while maintaining the safety and protection of property. For pressure washing, you will use equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and stains from surfaces such as driveways, patios, decks, siding, and more, assessing surfaces before cleaning and recommending appropriate methods or treatments when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. You should also be comfortable working at heights, in various weather conditions, and on ladders, with access to reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment.
