Highly Skilled Document Destruction Specialist

Stericycle, a leading provider of compliance-based solutions, is seeking a Highly Skilled Document Destruction Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing industry-leading service to clients while ensuring the safe destruction of confidential information.

Job Description:
The Document Destruction Specialist is responsible for performing onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information, loading/unloading delivery vehicles, and ensuring all cargo is safely secured before transport. Additionally, this role involves operating company equipment in a safe and efficient manner, complying with local, state, and federal laws governing driver fitness and hours of service, and completing DOT logs when applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information
- Load/unload delivery vehicles and secure cargo
- Operate company equipment safely and efficiently
- Comply with local, state, and federal laws governing driver fitness and hours of service
- Complete DOT logs when applicable
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in driving shred/box trucks and route management
- Current driver's license (Class D or above) with an excellent driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records as required by federal regulation

Compensation:
This position comes with a competitive salary of $22.09 per hour, with time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours worked. Plus, enjoy a 4-day workweek with 10+ hour days and flexible start times between 6:30am and 7:30am.
