The 101 Brewhouse & Distillery is seeking a Culinary Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week. We are looking for an individual with 2 years of experience in a similar field, or equivalent education and training.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment;
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Safe Food Handling certificate;
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
