We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacy Support Professional to join our team in this exciting opportunity.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure Prescription Accuracy: Verify information on prescriptions for accuracy before dispensing medications to clients.
  • Client Data Management: Enter client information into databases with precision and efficiency.
  • Support Pharmacists: Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Prescription Record Keeping: Organize and maintain accurate prescription records.
  • Medication Preparation: Prepare medications for clients with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Set up, dismantle, clean, and maintain equipment as required.
  • Compound, Package & Label Pharmaceutical Products: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products according to established procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, workflow management, billing third-party insurers, maintaining supplies, performing general clerical duties, and ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory levels.
  • Work Term & Hours: This is a permanent role with 35 hours of work per week.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
